Because each item is personalized, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, but we will make it right if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days at immagnetik@outlook.com. Please include pictures. We will work with you to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed, please contact us at immagnetik@outlook.com.
