Shipping Address

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, IM MAGNETIK Prints is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package is lost during transit, please contact the carrier with the tracking number. We will assist you with initiating an investigation if necessary.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at immagnetik@outlook.com. Please include pictures of the damaged or incorrect item. We will work with you to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Refunds and Exchanges

Personalized Products: As all of our items are personalized, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds: If your order is eligible for a refund, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
